Now I have actually read this book before, but it was a long time back, so therefore I think I might re-read it again. I do remember it being quite a useful book but a little wordy in places – although not sure about that as like I said, it was quite a while back.
One of the main points I seem to remember was some guide of 4-quadrant grid thing that enabled you to prioritize your tasks better. I think the gist of it was to prioritize important tasks over urgent less important tasks.
