Morning Routine, General Diary, Thoughts, and Ideas
Stayed in the hospital last night with my son, had a reasonable night’s sleep, got up, and completed most of my morning routine.
Day 12 for my son post-transplant and his numbers are trending up which is great news!
Endless doctors and nurses and support staff visiting my son all day today so I got nothing done.
Food Diary
Today I ate:
A load of hospital food, crisps, and biscuits, plus the cottage pie that is in todays picture.

My goal today is to read 20 minutes of, The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy
My starting point is location 1263 or 55% complete.
And I forgot to record where I got to today.

The author’s morning routine starts with 30 minutes of uninterrupted reading and then he follows that with 60 minutes of focused work. He then re-visits his top goals.
It’s important to plan different things to do with your partner/family.
Do small things towards your goals but do them regularly and consistently. Where are you not consistent enough?
Start a rhythm register, where you write down your repeatable, consistent steps toward your goals.
Cut out negative news, TV, etc. instead add more positive things into your life.
Set up alerts or RSS feeds for only the news that is interesting or relevant to you. I also intend to unsubscribe from a lot of email subscriptions that I have and rarely read.

Yesterday (Sunday 4th) I:
- Make a cottage pie ✅
- Skim read the papers ✅
- Read my share magazines and issue some buy orders ready for tomorrow ✅
- And I did a little work on one of my MadAboutSquash website pages. ✅
What would make today great?
